What is the turnaround time?
We pride ourselves on delivering quick results without sacrificing quality. Most projects are completed within 1–2 business days. For larger packages or high-demand periods, we’ll always communicate clear timelines upfront.
What if I don’t have a resume or LinkedIn created yet?
Professional Panache is happy to help! Due to the extensive time commitment, a Premium Package will be required to build a brand new career portfolio.
What formats will my documents be delivered in?
We deliver your resume and cover letter in Word format, making future edits simple. If needed, we’re happy to provide a polished PDF version for professional presentations.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Professional Panache accepts credit cards through our secure Stripe server, bank transfer, or even installments through Klarna or Affirm. Payment is required up front.
What if I request more than the allotted revisions?
At Professional Panache, client satisfaction is our priority. If you require additional revisions beyond the package limit, a fee of $10 will be applied per revision. We’ll email you an invoice, which must be settled before we proceed with your request. This ensures that we maintain the highest quality of service while accommodating your needs.
